Shipping

All shipping costs include insurance which is provided by a private insurer. We take great care in packaging your items and generally ship via USPS and FedEx. Please contact us with special instructions.

The buyer is responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges. Customs can cause delays in arrival of your shipment, which the seller has no control over. Please consider these charges and delays when making your purchase.

Returns

All items are guaranteed as described. Any purchase may be returned within 10 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition as sent. We request that we are notified of any return and that the items be shipped by the same method as sent. Upon our receipt of items, we will issue you a full refund or credit less card processing fees and shipping costs.

Privacy

Your name, shipping address, and billing address are saved in our system if you set up an account. Your credit card information is not saved. We will never share your information with anyone.
